$10/day or $50/3 days or more and up to 2 weeks (otherwise street parking is free, but subject to ticketing after 2 hours).

All rates are based on 1- or 2-person occupancy

Bookings made within 60 days of occupancy must be paid in full

Bookings made more than 60 days prior to occupancy require 50% down

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Refunds are available if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, bookings are refundable only to the extent we are able to secure a replacement booking. All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
